Due to our warehouse being located in China and the specific import and export policies in place (China permits the export of motorcycle parts but only allows products to be imported under company-to-company trade, which entails complex procedures that you can verify through Chinese customs regulations), we can not receive your return.
Typically, we require a minimum of five days to prepare the goods from the time the order is placed until shipping. Therefore, our return policy is set as follows: we support a full refund within 5 days of placing the order. If you wish to request a refund, please send an email to us within this timeframe. If we do not respond promptly, there is no need for concern; we will use the time elapsed between the order placement and your email to determine eligibility for a return. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

Warranty
We provide a one-year quality guarantee for our products. In cases of non-human damage, we offer parts or monetary compensation depending on the specific circumstances. For common items such as bearings and gaskets, due to high international shipping costs and lengthy delivery times, we recommend purchasing locally. We will provide data and appropriate financial compensation. For essential components, we will ship them to you free of charge, including shipping costs.
